Has anybody had any luck with Valsalva therapy?

Has anybody had any luck with Valsalva therapy? I've been watching a couple of William Parry videos and learning about the Valsalva Hypothesis. Has anybody heard of this and successfully used the Valsalva technique in order to relax and improve their fluency?
