I worked at a pizza place where I was expo (taking them out of the oven and slicing them) which didn't require me to speak much except for yelling "Hot pie" when I was done with an order. They switched me to making pizzas on the line and being the first person to engage the customer shortly after that - I didn't have much choice, so what worked well for me was just having a very set script of what I'd say and finding a good arrangement/selection of words that I knew I wouldn't block on. But realistically running away from it and finding jobs that are tailored for stutterers is just going to hurt you.
