I wish everyone here could just do the McGuire Programme, there would be so many less questions about what is stuttering, why is it so weird, how come I can't say this, etc. Since my first course I literally don't have those thoughts ever again and stuttering and how to control it is now so obvious.

I wish everyone here could just do the McGuire Programme, there would be so many less questions about what is stuttering, why is it so weird, how come I can't say this, etc. Since my first course I literally don't have those thoughts ever again and stuttering and how to control it is now so obvious. I live in Australia and ye I can't believe how many people are unaware of the programme or dismiss it because of the $2500 lifetime membership fee, which compared to speech therapy or devices such as speakeasy is a bargain. My parents wasted probably about 15k on speech therapy on me when i was 18-20. Did absolutely nothing and just made me hate speaking so much more. The McGuire Programme actually taught me to be myself, speak naturally and I am now fluent just due to the way I know how to control my speech and cancel any blocks I have immediately..
