I understand both sides. It's like if you don't practice a talk you can become nervous and not be able to talk very well and then stutter. BUT if you agonize over what you say, you become tense, don't breathe well and stutter that way. I'm sure a lot of you get this, too, but I am much better answering questions from someone than making the first contact for this reason.
