Don't think about what others will say when you stutter. Nobody cares. Try to lessen your screentime and do meditation and reading. Read a lot. It helps with your vocabulary. Read loud for one hour everyday. With clear pronunciation. Try to control your nerves and be calm. That is the root cause for stuttering in most cases. Try to write. Anything, short stories, your thoughts, your aims everyday for 10 minutes. Try to go out and talk to people. Go to new areas where people will not recognise you. Try talking to people and if possible explain to them about your condition. You will get rejections, mocks, don't care. You don't know them they are strangers, but it will surely build up your confidence. Now the main part, do these every single day and invest a lot of time in these. Stuttering is the main reason which is pulling you back. So this is a do or die situation. You have to overcome it. So invest time in it. These methods will not work if you do it for a few days and then go back to zero. You have to do it every day. All the best...
