Since stuttering is considered cyclical, Im not close to fluency ALL the time, but I've gotten pretty close this year. My stutter was moderate-severe when I was around 11(ish? I dont remember much of those years anyway) but I'm much more fluent now and most people that I've met very recently dont even know I stutter. It doesn't bother me anymore that I stutter other than if I have, say, a presentation and people are focusing on how I speak.
