Hmm. Hello is easy for me, but saying the whole bit on the phone is quite a challenge (working in food service and answering the phone is the hardest part). I usually just say 'hello' pause 'this is Subway' and it goes from there. I still don't much care for talking on the phone though. Much prefer texting or talking in person than over the phone.
