Hit the gym. When you see improvements on yourself it will feel great and you'll get addicted to it. It helped me with self esteem. About social anxiety try to socialize, like joining a club or a band. I noticed that for me stuttering is worse when I talk less with people like in the winter. I hope that helps :))
