Eat real meat, rice/potatoes, vegetables and fruits. Drink water and tea, add some lemon in your water if you want. Workout daily, whether it's 10 minutes on a treadmill and 2 sets of bicep curls. Do something. Start small and build it up. Fix your sleep schedule and go outside, even for a ten minute walk. See the sun. I know your talking about your stutter. But start here if you haven't already. This is baseline what every depressed person should do. Easier said than done. I get it. But your not giving yourself a fighting chance without it. Same way your car ain't gonna run good if you don't change the oil and spark plugs. You need a fighting chance to fight these fucking demons in our heads, this is the first step.
