I know exactly what this feels like, as mine goes away with drinking loads of alcohol. It feels incredible, like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders. People are much friendlier, accepting, and your social anxiety goes down a lot also (could just be the alcohol though, but I doubt its the only thing that is causing this effect)
