Be confident with yourself. It doesn’t affect your personality so the people who would like you would like you either way. Just plan a buffer and be concise. Aim to finish it in 1 minute. That way you’ll be calmer because you can finish making your point even if you take 30 seconds more… even it’s longer people would rarely interrupt you even if you take 3 minutes instead of 2 when your stuttering.
