I'm 36 and I dealt with this when I was in school. What was terribly intimidating as a young man is now a non-issue as an adult. I regularly brief Colonels and other high ranking officers and I still stutter. It's a combination of being at peace with yourself and our conducting themselves like adults. You'll survive, my friend. Just keep moving forward.
