Last year I had a question about my laptop, so I called the company. It turned out the question I had was actually supposed to be directed toward the store where I'd bought it. The person on the phone asked me where the laptop was bought, and the answer was Best Buy, but I was stuttering on the "B" sound. It was a pretty long block, and throughout its duration the person was asking "Hello? Hello?" and generally being rude, and eventually it ended with him asking me if I needed to get off the phone to "take my medication." I can almost always brush it off anytime somebody is ignorant, but this one really stuck with me. I can't say I've had a worse experience before or since then.
