Yup...thankfully I'm great at it now, but it took years of effort. In high school, I'd have my best friend book me appointments cause my block would be so bad they'd hang up on me. Hell, even one time I recorded myself on a separate phone saying what I'd want to say on the voicemail. The average person doesn't understand how anxiety inducing calls can be.
