my advice: for an interview - If it is a large company call up HR a few days before the interview and let them know you stutter and just ask them to let the interviewer know before hand so he/she/they are prepared. If it is a smaller company (and even if you do the HR thing) just mention it when you feel it is appropriate during the interview, the earlier the better. for co-workers: If they dont care then why should you? if they do care, then they are dickheads and why should you care about what they think?
