Im 18 years old, and stuttering is ruining my life. Please help me!

Im 18 years old, and stuttering is ruining my life. Please help me! I want to come in contact with people that has tried speech theraphy. I have stuttered since i was a child, but nobody knows i have a speech disorder. I use all my energy to hide it, and now i feel i cant take it anymore. For those who have overcome stammering, please share your "techniques". Much appreciated :)
