I’ve adopted silent intro words. I struggle with ‘thank you’ so I started saying ‘there you go’ under my breathe and added thank you to the end. It helps me build momentum. I discovered a couple years ago when I worked at a fast food place. I’d deal with delivery drivers and when I passed them their order, I’d say ‘there you go, thank you!’. Never really thought much of it until now but maybe this technique works best with phrases you’re confident in saying
