With that logic nobody is disabled and we shouldn’t have the disabilities act at all. Life isn’t fair and the whole point of identifying disabilities is to make sure we use our collective resources to bring as many people as we can up to a baseline life standard because we realized a long time ago that the more people thrive it’s beneficial as a society.
