I finally want to try speech therapy again

I finally want to try speech therapy again How do I find a good speech therapist? What do I search for? What red/green flags should I look out for? Does insurance cover it? Is it expensive? I don't even have a doctor, should I get one first? I have so many questions, which is partly why I've been procrastinating this for so long. I had a therapist at school when I was a kid, but it did not help at all or maybe I was too young to actually apply what she taught me
