You said you did therapy, breathing exercises, and speaking more slowly and CBD oil. All of these options could be considered avoidance responses. For example, by focusing on breathing we avoid or hide triggers, by taking CBD oil we feel the triggers less intense, and by speaking more slowly we avoid the initial speech plan (after all, we are changing how we speak). So, you have tried the 'avoidance' approach. So, my suggestion is to try a different approach. One such an approach could be Zen & Mindfulness. For example, a PhD researcher used mindfulness to reach subconscious fluency and stuttering remission and wrote a [free ebook](http://www.stammeringresearch.org/mindfulness.pdf) about "Mindfulness and stuttering". There are different types of blocks. Maybe the exercises in this ebook may be effective for your type of blocks. In the ebook he writes that mindfulness: * is not a form of relaxation * does not involve emptying our mind * and it reduces our tendency to make unhelpful value judgments
