I stuttered today

I stuttered today Ugh. I just shifted to a new city and I’m at a restaurant. A person here asked me my name and it just didn’t come OUT!!! I spelled out my name (which I usually do now) and she was like wtf lol. So for the first time ever I was like I’m sorry, I stutter. And my mom then said my name. Ugh so effing embarrassing. What if that person hates me now. I have to get better at dealing with this.
