I've been doing yoga for a couple months now, and what I've translated most into my life from the practice is the idea that you should let go of things you don't control. Your stutter is part of you, but you can't let it weigh you down. Embrace it, soak it in, and learn to manage it as best as you can. You owe that at least to yourself :)
