Genuinely interested on the point you make about "trauma doesnt cause stuttering" in your post. Can you expand on that?  I went through exposure therapy for traumatic childhood events and that therapist suggested those events may have been the cause for my stutter. Combine that information with being classified as "not a true stutterer" when I was a child during those events and I think those professional takes caused me trauma/imposter syndrome as a stutterer. 🤪
