I just want to share my thoughts on the waiter making some jokes. That has happened to me a couple of times as well, and I´m pretty sure most of the time people dont know whats going on. When I have told them I stutter (when I´ve been able to, sometimes I havent been able to get those words out either) they have gotten realy embarassed. So I think chanses are he just didnt know what was going on.
