Judge laughs at stutter

Judge laughs at stutter Hey guys! I had to appear in court recently just to plead not guilty for a parking violation. In describing what was happening, I of course stuttered and heard a little chuckle from the judge. Is there anything I can do, did he violate any laws? thanks!
