Focus on building up your self-confidence by pursuing interests you love (do you have any hobbies?). I know dating can be more difficult in many ways as a male who stutters (coming from a woman who stutters), but I know a few happily married male stutterers, and the big thing is they don't let stuttering define them. They have other passions and interests.
