Thanks for the comment, yeah working hard within yourself if very important... I don't think it's possible to fix it in 1 day, you need to first understand why it's happening and then go from there. I studied I,T and no one was hiring people without any experience besides call centres, I could have looked to do some labouring work but I wanted to work within I.T and working in a call centre seemed like the only path towards that goal. I'm very glad I did, I through myself in the deep end and gained a lot of confidence from the days I didn't stutter.
