I’m not sure what your equivalent to IEPs are but you (or probably your parents) should reach out to the school SLP to see if you can undergo an assessment to receive speech therapy services to hopefully address the emotional impacts or at least receive accommodations. I typically write in accommodations for no cold calling (aka you need to be told you’re going to be called on before someone calls on you, ideally you’re told exactly what you’ll be reading ahead of time) and alternatives for presentations (being able to present 1 on 1 with the teacher or record). These are common accommodations and in the US you would easily qualify for services due to academic impact.
