I spoke with my doctor about anxiety and we tried a low dose of whatever generic brand was hot at the time. I don't want to talk out of my ass about medication that I know little about but what I will say is that it is not the overnight cure that we all seek. As was explained to me by my doctor, the medication can take weeks or months to work and sometimes you end up having to go back to the drawing board because everybody handles the drug differently. With that said, it may work for you and help with your stutter. Definitely consult a medical professional before embarking on that journey.
