My friend who stutters told me I stutter and now i’m confused

My friend who stutters told me I stutter and now i’m confused He stretches the letter like b ba ba ball. This does not happen to me. So when he said I stutter it confused me. This has never come up in school or life. I’m in my 30s. Could I be displaying another pattern? I tend to draw a blank during speech and pause for a second or two. Now i’m feeling self conscious in the work place.
