German Disability card Hello, I just moved to Germany and found out that there is a card for disabled persons (any kind of disability). So I was just wondering if anyone lives here and has this card because of the stuttering? Does our stuttering even count as disability here in Germany? Could you please share any information about this? Thank you very much.
