I understand how draining and frustrating public speaking can be. I've been there many times. It takes incredible courage just to get up there, so please be proud of yourself for overcoming your fear and doing the presentation! The biggest shift for me came when I realized that confidence comes from practice, not perfection. And honestly, most people are focused on themselves and don't care as much as we think they do. Keep pushing yourself, even if it's just small steps. Every time you speak in public, you win against the fear. Don't let the stutter dictate your life.
