I’ll never forget in elementary school I had a 2ish minute block in front of everyone. It was just quiet, nobody made a sound. I have that memory engrained. I’m in my late 30s now. But I’m stronger now, something that would crumble a “normal” person is just a minor embarrassing event for me. Most important part is I never gave up, you keep with it always keep moving forward.
