I've done theater before and the thing that helped me was really getting into the character. For some reason, my stutter wasn't as bad when I exaggerated the emotions and facial expressions and hand gestures and stuff when doing my lines. It might be a little harder to do that as a narrator, but just try your best to have fun while delivering your lines and it will really make a difference I feel.
