Mine also does that. I would suggest any basic de-stress tips that you could find on the internet. I typically try to think about something else bc my brain is usually going way too fast (I had an elementary teacher say my brain went too fast for my mouth, it makes sense). And as annoying as it is to hear from non-stutters, like mentioned above don't forget to give yourself time to breathe and take deep breaths before big presentations and what not.
