St. Notker helps me I’m not so much a Catholic anymore but I do pray to him a lot and it helps almost like meditation! He has a really lovely prayer for people who stutter I mean if it helps me then why not pass on that info to you :) I hope this works for you if you do decide to say a prayer or just meditate in peace
