Good luck Ainmee. I write a weekly Wellness blog on a Facebook group “Treatment for Stuttering Support Group’. Last week’s contribution was about Mindfulness for Wellness a few of the apps I mentioned were free, even. Some are very low-cost, maybe 2-3/week but with free content too. Maybe you’d like to check out: Mindful Calm and Insight Timer These all have various modes of action from music to guided meditation to deeper understanding of relaxation.
