Tomorrow is my interview getting tensed

Tomorrow is my interview getting tensed i fell anxious and get blockage when someone ask me a question or I have to explain something otherwise i am good. it is hard to continue the first sentence when answering in oral exam or explaining something to someone my heart start beating loud. I don't know what happens to my body and i am unable to speak. Tomorrow is my first telephonic interview please give suggestions...
