A small victory

A small victory I've had a moderate to severe stutter (depending on the day) since I was 7 years old. Recently the lady who trained me at my current job left, leaving me to take over some of her responsibilities... including talking on the telephone. This morning I had my first interaction and even with all my anxieties it went very well and I barely stuttered at all. I usually have a hard time on the telephone but something about having to do it for the company and not for myself made it a little easier. I just wanted to share my anecdote so that anyone else who may be in a similar position can rest a little easier. Take care r/stutter
