My stutter fluctuates in two different ways; the first being what everyone talks about "good days", "bad days" often dependent upon external factors of stress, situation, and people. But at 30, I had something completely new happen... I was full bone fluent for 3 months. No idea why it happened but I was very sad when it departed. And then, it happened again, seven years later for 6 weeks and then again a few years after that for 2 weeks. Enjoy the good days! Get a new job, meet new friends, find a lover and keep in touch with loved ones so you'll have support for the bad days.
