I get blocks. Jaw and tongue freezes and I just can't make a sound. Happens a lot with "g's" which makes speaking German pretty tough. I have gotten pretty good at having a "6th sense" knowing which words I will stutter on as I am speaking and switching them for "easier" words before I even get to that part in the sentence. The problem is sometimes the "easier" word makes me sound really strange. "I really like g- walking to school fast! Like running I mean" instead of "I like going to school" haha
