Ahhh thats one I’ve never tried! I’m trying DMG I’m only on my first week of it so I haven’t really noticed anything. Def all about the mindfulness practices. Hard for me to meditate cause of my adhd always making my mind wander, but I notice when I do 10 mins of guided meditation, that REALLY really helps me.
