Actually no. I worked in sales in my late teens And had to answer phones every day. And one day i just answered the phone one day with a morning radio shock jock voice one day and i was completely fluent. I dialed it back a little so it wouldn't sound completely ridiculous and i found it helped a TON! I don't really know why it works but it definitely makes a huge difference.
