I may be a unique case. I have my ups and downs for fluency, but I usually don't concede that anything is wrong with my speech. I'm okay with people knowing that I stutter, but if I'm meeting new people and if they don't catch on, or if I don't have tons of blockages, I don't see the need to tell them. Luckily that happens often for me.
