Oh man. I really hated reading in class... I think it was probably the worst experiences I've had as a child. Something that helped me personally was either reading the material beforehand and practicing it alone or with the school SLP, or just imagining that you're alone in a room and reading to yourself. Looking back, it doesn't really matter if you stutter in class or not. Nobody will really remember it after school anyway.
