I honestly struggled with this during my GCSE English speaking exam. I stuttered quite a lot but I would say it wasn’t as bad due to practising it informs of friends and family. I struggled but was able to atleast get a merit. I believe you should do the test with extra time and don’t let your stutter put you off it, practise makes perfect and I believe you can ace it.
