I'm saying the best solution is probably fluency shaping, and definitely not "hey kids, it doesn't matter how long it takes you to get a sentence out, a good employer/person won't care!" We're a very, very long way from a stuttering news anchor. Would you really feel good telling an adolescent with a severe stutter that anything is possible for him assuming he keeps speaking like he does?
