Someone please help

Someone please help So I just got a new job recently and I just found out that next week all new hires have to attend a meeting and introduce themselves in front on everyone…… my anxiety instantly shot up, I’m so terrified but I’m gonna ask my manager if I can sit it out and just sit in the back and see if that works.
