Speech block on one specific word, does anyone else experience this or have tips on dealing with it?

Speech block on one specific word, does anyone else experience this or have tips on dealing with it? I've always suffered from a mild stutter and speech blocks. It was much worse when I was a child and I have managed to overcome most of my speech problems. However, one thing that almost always sets me off is when I have to introduce myself and give my name.. Each time I pause or stutter without fail. I think I have just associated giving my name with stuttering and the fact I usually only have to tell it to people I'm uncomfortable with makes it worse. does anyone else have this issue or know of ways I could help myself?
