How do I perform psychotherapy on myself Just something I thought about. Is there a way I could perform psychotherapy on myself for ex a series of questions I could ask myself.. idk.. to know what causes my stuttering and how I can reduce or end it. Those who have been to psychotherapy or normal speech therapy for stuttering could answer this.
